Work went well on the day. Guys installing mentioned that details given to them of the work were poor, no info about door frame material, seal integrity etc. Installers worked to ensure reliable install in spite of this limited information from salesman.

Albion Windows were recommended to me by a neighbour, i am so glad i took the advice. The windows are excellent quality, fitters were very good and the finished job was to a very high standard. I would recommend the firm to anyone.

After the nightmare that was our conservatory roof collapse, I was soon on the phone to many many firms in Poole. Albion's Paul was the first to come round and assess the situation see what could be done for a reasonable repair price. The cost to supply and fit a brand new aluminium wall plate and support column on a 5x4m conservatory roof was well under my expectations so of course I had my doubts. However they did not disappoint, they turned up when agreed and completed all work within days and thankfully the roof has been solid since and best of all, doesn't leak now.

Reliable friendly workmen, windows seem good quality (though maybe a commodity now).

Great job building my porch however need the door adjusted and I’ve sent emails and phoned them and they haven’t responded Would not recommend them

We had a the glass panel in our front door vandalised / smashed during a weekend. I called Albion Windows to explain the situation, and I couldn't rate the service we received high enough. Gavin the co-ordinator jumped on it immediately. We had an fitter round within the hour to measure up, after leaving with the glass measurements I had a phone call within 30 minutes with a quote (which was outstanding value). The moment the glass size arrived in stock I had a phone call to update me and our glass was fitted that same day FANTASTIC
