    Highly efficient gutter cleaners

    I was given Peter's number by a neighbour who highly recommended them. They were very professional and efficient. They turned up at the agreed time and cleared all the gutters and a blocked gutter drain. I would highly recommend them.

    Booking process was very smooth. The timings were clearly outlined and personal circumstances were taken into account. Both Albion colleagues were personable and very professional. Clearing of gutters together with external cleaning of windows were carried out efficiently. Great result!

    Albion have been cleaning my windows for several years. They always give me plenty of notice for their arrival, and arrive promptly when scheduled. Changing appointments is easy, and rescheduling is usually done within a few days. Their staff are friendly, polite and professional. They provide an excellent cleaning service, and leave my property in a tidy state. Albion also provide cleaning services for facias and guttering, which, whilst I've not used this service yet, it is convenient to know i can get this additional work done by a trusted cleaning service, when required.

At Albion Window Cleaning, we like to make our residential window cleaning customers feel safe in the knowledge that not only are they going to receive an excellent clean, but an all-round professional service to go with it.

We currently clean properties using our water fed pole system, which cleans with pure water and can reach safely up to 55ft.

We have been established 15 years and have premises located in Portslade.

Our five vans work from Brighton to Worthing offering window cleaning, gutter clearing and fascia and soffit cleaning.


We specialize in the following services:

WINDOW CLEANING - Residential & Commercial window cleaning up to 55ft using the water fed pole system.

GUTTER CLEARING - Residential & Commercial gutter clearing (removal of debris) up to 40ft. We clear gutters using the ‘Sky Vac Atom’ gutter vacuum. No ladders, no mess and we can reach high and awkward gutters.

We take all the gutter waste away from your property so it can be disposed of correctly. Here is our waste carriers licence number.
