As soon as Jason visited our property, we could tell that he was a very polite and intelligent individual. Our requirement was in my mind very complex as we had major issues with water pooling on a very large flat roof, damaged brickwork and a very concerning leak. Although Jason's visit was to only provide a quote, he took the time to physically get on the roof and come up with a plan that would resolve the issues we had. Once we gave the go ahead, the work was carried out exactly as it was explained to us and to such a high standard. We are so pleased that we choose Albion.

The job specification was clearly set out. The work was carried out methodically and tidily. Jason kept me informed about progress and completed some little extras to ensure that it was a neatly finished job.

Jason listened to what we wanted doing, was very thorough in surveying the job , explaining what potential problems he had seen and suggesting solutions. His estimate was detailed including naming the suppliers of the scaffolding, skip and materials that he would use. Once the job started Jason and Richard had a meticulous approach to detail, ensuring that their work was perfect. Once the work was completed everything was thoroughly cleaned and left tidy. We would not hesitate to recommend Albion Roofing.

This was the most straight forward job we've ever had done on our house. Jason gave us a competitive quote matching the new tiles on our extension and completed an outstanding job including remedial works to guttering at no extra cost. He communicated a delay in the start of the job and arrived to start the works on the day he said. The works were completed in good time with no further delays, and left everything tidy at the end of each day. Our roof looks fantastic and we are very pleased it.
