  Albion,Jimmy and the team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish.They have practically rebuilt my house- starting with exterior rendering , paving,roofing etc. Thay have just finished painting and decorating, plumbing and tiling inside.I cannot recommend them highly enough.Professional,courteous ,with no extra work a problem and very reasonable pricing.

  Top Level House Rendering

  From the moment Albion, who runs Alb Eco Houses Ltd, came to see us and talk through the work we needed doing he was professional and knowledgeable. We'd had a bad experience with another company a few years back, who's work had failed within a few months...so we were a bit nervous about who was going to take this on and do a good job. Albion hasn't failed to deliver. His professionalism and level of work is outstanding and he was clear from the beginning on what to expect and how long it would take. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Alb Eco Houses to anyone needing their house rendered.

  Albion was informative and professional from the very beginning. He took the time to explain the work clearly before starting the project, which gave me a lot of confidence in his approach. Throughout the job, Albion communicated regularly and kept me updated on progress. He even went above and beyond by completing a few additional tasks to improve the overall standard of the work — something I really appreciated. The labourers were punctual, arriving on time each day and making sure everything was tidy before they left. After the main work was completed, Albion carried out a final check-up

  Insulated rendering, guttering and roofing

  I contacted Albion a few months before the work started, he came round and quoted and suggested a few changed to what was requested. Albion comes across as knowledgeable & trustworthy. When the work commenced, the team kept the area clean daily! It almost felt they treated it as they would treat their own home. The work was to a high standard, I got daily updates regarding progress. The snag list at the end was tiny, as they had done a fantastic job. I asked for a few additional bits and he was happy to do. l'd highly recommend Albion. Any future work he will be the first person I ask.
