  Excellent service and Effective Rodent-Proof Repair

  We recently used this company to carry out roofing repairs to prevent rodents getting into our loft. From the outset, I was really impressed! David explained everything clearly and recommended the best solution without trying to upsell unnecessary work. The team worked efficiently and carried out the repairs to a very high standard. They sealed all the vulnerable areas and reinforced the roofline to ensure it was properly secured against any future rodent access, clearly taking pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing roofing repairs.

  Albany were quick, efficient and courteous from quote to completion. I did not write down the name of the man who came to quote but he was very knowledgable and explained things clearly and immediately engendered a sense of trust. My house was on the market and Albany were considerate and respectful of viewings. Work was completely neatly and the team cleared up fully after themselves. Overall very happy and will be asking them to quote for a repair required at the property I am moving to. Definitely would recommend and use again.

  Prompt efficient service, work completed to an excellent standard

  David rang very promptly, once I had put the job on Checkatrade, and provided a competitive quote that same morning. He kept me up-to-date on progress regarding scheduling the job (recovering front door canopy) and provided photographic evidence of the work done, as I was not at the property that day. I have subsequently inspected the work and believe that it has been done to an excellent standard. Thank you.

  Second time we've used Dave. This one was a tricky issue - he diagnosed the problem, made sure that he was right and got on and fixed it. Keeps his promises which is always worth the price. Would recommend!

  Flat roof repair
