  Shaqir from Alba Building Services did a good with job with his supportive team to complete the garage conversion to make it a studio for ClickDo Ltd. to use as a podcasting and media work at my Beckton premises.   Painting the house from outside, window and door

  Alba Building Services did an excellent job painting the exterior of our house. The team was professional, punctual, and worked with great attention to detail. The finish looks fantastic, and they left everything clean and tidy afterwards. We’re really pleased with the result and would happily recommend them.

  Shakir and his team were a revelation in comparison to previous builders we have employed. Communications were clear and timely right from the start, work was done quickly and precisely, and they left our house clean and tidy after each phase of the work. Highly recommended

  Fixing broken rotten timber porch

  I wasn’t sure what to expect because other people had told me to just scrape back the wood and add wood filler which felt a bit temporary to me. Shakir was working on our street so I asked if he could help. He did a proper job, new timber, multiple tools to get the right fit and worked hard until it was done. Very happy with the result.   Rendering and guttering replacement

  They have been amazing with us, and we cannot recommend them enough. They have done several works in our recently bought house, including insulation of the whole house using K rendering and replacing all the guttering. He has been very professional and reliable with his job and paid attention to detail. Very hard worker, always punctual and finished the job on time with excellent results. It was a very good value for all the work that he did with no hidden costs. We are very thankful with his work, and we will definitely use his services in the future if we consider doing any future works.

  Exterior repairs and maintenance

  Shaqir came to carry out repairs on guttering, pointing on water-damaged brickwork and loose roof tiles. He also changed a toilet cistern that was no longer flushing. The work was done promptly and effectively, and Shaqir always arrived punctually and finished in good time. I did not have any difficulties in communicating with him, and I felt his rates were reasonable.
