  Fixing broken rotten timber porch

  I wasn’t sure what to expect because other people had told me to just scrape back the wood and add wood filler which felt a bit temporary to me. Shakir was working on our street so I asked if he could help. He did a proper job, new timber, multiple tools to get the right fit and worked hard until it was done. Very happy with the result.   Rendering and guttering replacement

  They have been amazing with us, and we cannot recommend them enough. They have done several works in our recently bought house, including insulation of the whole house using K rendering and replacing all the guttering. He has been very professional and reliable with his job and paid attention to detail. Very hard worker, always punctual and finished the job on time with excellent results. It was a very good value for all the work that he did with no hidden costs. We are very thankful with his work, and we will definitely use his services in the future if we consider doing any future works.

  Exterior repairs and maintenance

  Shaqir came to carry out repairs on guttering, pointing on water-damaged brickwork and loose roof tiles. He also changed a toilet cistern that was no longer flushing. The work was done promptly and effectively, and Shaqir always arrived punctually and finished in good time. I did not have any difficulties in communicating with him, and I felt his rates were reasonable.

  Very professional, explained the work and materials required. Sourced material or provided contact details to buy directly. Removal of all waste and final price in line with quote and additional work agreed. Would recommend and use their services again.

  New ceiling in bathroom and living room and painting and decorating

  Shaqir showed great professionalism, he was always on time, very tidy and completed the work to a very high standard. The work took just under two weeks and was a very reasonable price considering the amazing quality. I would definitely recommend Shaqir!
