I rang them as they fitted my doors/windows a few years ago, I was unable to lock my back door. Phoned at 8.00am and asked if they could send someone out to take a look, as I didn't want to go whole weekend unable to lock my door. Lyle kindly sent me a request form which I completed and returned and he said someone would be at the property after 3.00pm. I was then contacted to say an engineer could get to me at 11.00am. He showed up on time, dealt with the issue and as I was still in my 10 year guarantee did not charge me. 1st class customer service from a 1st class company 10/10..

The fabulous Staff of Alaskan windows & doors from reception , sales , surveying to final installation were extremely efficient, most reliable , courteous , respectful , hardworking and highly professional in delivering such quality work .They communicated excellently , were immaculately presentable in uniform And installed a beautiful quality porch .They were Thorough in everything , approachable and trustworthy. Thankyou very much for their magnificent service and class products,I highly recommend Alaskan windows & doors compared to any other company .

Absolutely brilliant. Couldn't speak highly enough of these guys. We had Douglas come to do our initial quote and then Vinny, Joe and Tom fit the windows. Start to finish the whole Alaskan team were perfect. Even when we ran in to construction issues on our house, prohibiting us from installing some of the windows, the Alaskan team went above and beyond and really sorted us out. I will be actively recommending them to anyone in need. Cheers!

From the initial contact the product and process were clearly explained. Of the three firms we contacted Alaskan were far and away the most personal and professional. Timing and finance were all presented clearly, with useful handouts but without pressure. The installers were clearly used to working carefully and swiftly.

From initial survey to completion the whole process went very moothly. The fitter Chris did a first class job. Arrived early and efficiently carried out the replacement. Clean, tidy and professional. Great quality frames and properly sealed to the surrounding brickwork. We are absolutely delighted with the finished job at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

We were very impressed with the quality and the fitting of our bedroom window. The fitter Joe, fitted the window very neatly and carefully which meant that there will be minimal work for me in terms of decorating. Joe was also very polite and careful with our property and belongings. We would definitely use Alaskan Windows again.
