  We had a leaking valve tap, Alan came round and sorted it out. It took 2 visits but he came back without complaint and did what was needed.

  Alan is a good communicater and very good at his work. My main problem with some on checkatrade they have not responded to my emails. No problem with alan. He is good at leaving things tidy and clean. His number is in my phone and definetly will use him again.

  Water coming from tank in loft

  Alan was reliable and well qualified for the job dealing with an aging central heating. He took time to explain the problem and suggested simple solution to solve the problem. He took time to check pump and boiler to make sure everything was working correctly
