Simon recently serviced my air source heat pump, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and expertise. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood the work being carried out and offering helpful maintenance tips. His attention to detail and thorough approach gave me complete confidence in the service. He left everything spotless and ensured my system was running efficiently before he left. Had initially contacted Alan about Smart Thermostats, he was quick and attentive on contact and gave a variety of options to consider alongside pricing for each. Upon install Alan was punctual and work carried out as requested at the rate quoted. Absolutely no problem recommending Alan to anybody.

Alan was great from the initial diagnosis to advising the best way so solve our heating problems. The systems he uses to book visits, sends quotes and invoices was excellent and transparent. Most importantly Alan arrived on time every time and that consistency can be rare in this trade. Very happy with the works.

Hi my name is Alan, I've been a Specialist Gas Technical Engineer for over 34 years, I was with British Gas for 27 years, 20 as a Technical engineer and 7 as a Gas Technical Trainer with the British Gas Academies, training and assessing their engineers. I also train and assess new and existing gas safe engineers at a local assessment centre part time, keeping my hand in with the current standards of the industry that helps keep my customers safe and our work to the highest standards.

Our other team Members are Simon and Dil, Both have been with the business for between 3 and 4 years and have been trained by me from the start and have progressed brilliantly keeping to the ethos of the business.

We focus on customer experience and safety from the start of your journey with us and the support beyond the work completed.
