Alan has completed other jobs for us in the past and has recently converted our garage into a lounge. We are more than happy with the end result. The work has been completed to a high standard and it is clear he takes pride in his work. He works with other professions to ensure his work meets building regulations. The photos speak for themselves and neighbours have commented on the quality of the work. It has really improved the overall look of the house. We have no hesitation in recommending Alan. As an aside Alan is friendly and honest and his quotes are reasonable.

Alan was great from the start. Came and gave a well informed quote and was knowledgeable about the work required. When the work was booked in he was professional throughout and advised on any snags/issues as they arrived (we have an old house and there were lots of unknowns!). The work was completed to a high standard and I would recommend Alan 100% and will be using him again for any future building work.

Asked Alan to repair chimney breast and strengthen flor in loft. Also asked him to repair leak in conservatory and remove some old scaffolding from chimney. All work was carried out very well and very cheerfully. The charge for the work was very reasonable and I have asked him to do further works in the loft at a later date.

Very good communicator and came round at short notice, to fix squeaky floor joists and making good for carpet to be fitted. Speedy worker and goes the ‘extra mile’ to help. I recommend for building work.

Alan was reliable and good to deal with. The work was done to a high standard and when he said it would be. We will use him again in the future and have no hesitation to recommend him to others.
