Boiler Leak

Great experience with a plumber recommended from a friend. They called me on the day they said they were arranged for an engineer to come the next day. Daylan the engineer arrived mid afternoon and got straight to work identifying the problem with the boiler. He sorted the issue whilst explaining what was happening and why we were getting a leak. It’s often difficult knowing who to turn to when you have issues and I can thoroughly recommend these guys.

Alan was recommended by a good buddy of mine who has had excellent service from him. My job was a horrible one. A very inaccessible leak between the mains water coming in and the internal pipework. A couple of other plumbers had politely turned down the opportunity to quote me. I had been ‘without water’ and turning it off and on again in the road to fill the loo, my buckets and a sink full of hot water for about a month. Including over Christmas. Alan took the job on. Turned up when he said he would. Did exactly what I wanted him too and charged me an extremely fair price. Thanks Alan 👍👍

boiler breakdown

Our boiler broke down and Alan came out within 24 hours and identified the issue . Was user error and he didn’t charge me. This is why after 20 years I will not use any other company

Fantastic service from Alan & Daylan, both very friendly and chatty but got the work done efficiently and with no disruption. Felt very trustworthy and knowledgeable in what they were doing, I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in future.

Excellent service from Alan Harris Plumbing and Heating Ltd. Daylan the service engineer was clean, tidy efficient a very welcoming person. Alan was very helpful with all my queries at the start, during and after the service, both gentlemen were superb. As a woman on her own I felt safe in my home whilst the service was being carried out. Both Alan and Daylan were both experienced engineers in their field. I would definitely recommend. I have asked them to return in 2026.
