  Excellent service from Alan Harris Plumbing and Heating Ltd. Daylan the service engineer was clean, tidy efficient a very welcoming person. Alan was very helpful with all my queries at the start, during and after the service, both gentlemen were superb. As a woman on her own I felt safe in my home whilst the service was being carried out. Both Alan and Daylan were both experienced engineers in their field. I would definitely recommend. I have asked them to return in 2026.

  Boiler Service

  From start to finish my service of my boiler was carried out with the utmost professionalism with arranging a date and time to accommodate me, to the service engineer coming on time and servicing the boiler assuring me it was in good order and filling out the log book for my Worcester Bosh boiler guarantee.   We used Alan Harris for many years. On this occasion it was the installation of an unvented cylinder, including a total electrical upgrade and relevant pipework. This was primarily to improve the pressure in our showers. The work was carried out with minimal disruption (and plenty of humour!) The water pressure is now fantastic everywhere in our house so we are very happy. Highly recommend for great service.

  Excellent customer service

  After moving into my house I discovered the boiler made a strange and loud noise when the heating was turned on. Put out a message on check a trade late on a Sunday night and got a reply from Alan Harris plumbing and heating within half an hour. An appointment was made for the following day. I was kept informed about time of arrival. The problem was sorted within an hour. They were very friendly and professional. Will be using again for any future issues.
