Arrived on time experience and teaching of a young assistant.

Came and looked at job. Made appointment to carry out job. Didn't turn up at time given so texted him couple of hours later to see what time I could expect him. Texted back that he was running late and would phone. Never got in touch. Definitely would not recommend.

They came promptly and replaced what was needed efficiently,they were tidy with there work and polite, the price they quoted was what we paid . We will definitely use them again when needed.

Alan came when he said he would , supplied and fitted a part to repair out boiler .

Alan did an amazing job fitting our new bathroom including a double jacuzzi bath. Still awaiting the tiler to complete the final fit (shower head and waterall tap) but Alan's knowledge, hardwork, reliability and skill have been excellent. A reliable plumber who's been an absolute asset during our house renovation.
