Alan did not show up for an appointment he booked and failed to get in contact.

Arrived on time experience and teaching of a young assistant.

Came and looked at job. Made appointment to carry out job. Didn't turn up at time given so texted him couple of hours later to see what time I could expect him. Texted back that he was running late and would phone. Never got in touch. Definitely would not recommend.
