Came when said and communicated the work needed and none - fair price

Needed a replacement fuseboard at short notice after arcing or something similar caused it to briefly catch fire Contacted Al-Amin late on Sunday evening and they were able to replace it by Monday afternoon Couldn't ask for more

Phoned and got a visit same day very efficient and descriptive during the whole process. Also gave me advise on incorrect electric tariff which was very helpful as was overpaying will use again

This contractor just ghosted us. Whilst they initially responded promptly to ask for photos of the work area, when this was provided, we did not receive any response. When I followed up 4 days later, I was asked for clearer photos. I responded immediately, only to be left hanging again.
