  I particularly wanted a Lady decorator and she did not disappoint, in fact she exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using her services again in 2025. I am one very happy customer.

  Arrived as promised on time, very happy with all the painting that was carried out, Pat was polite, worked hard and completed within the timeframe. She just had that woman's touch, leaving everything clean and tidy. Very happy and would highly recommend her and will definitely use again.

  Painting landing, hall, stairs, and doors

  She gave the quote very quickly. She came round when she said she would. Plenty of covers on the floor so paint would not get on the floor. Only carried out 8 hours work over two days. I paid £448 (including paint) which I feel is astronomical for the hours worked. I have had to scrape paint off the doors, and when the carpet fitters came to fit carpets, they told me there was part of the skirting that was showing through. She painted over a small cupboard and we still cannot get this door open. On the cupboard door there is paint on the other side which has not been scraped off.

  I am sorry to hear you are not happy with my service. I have to admit I was very surprised at your review as after I had finished your job you paid me and told my how thrilled you were with my work and thanked me for taking two days out of my holiday to get your job finished before your carpets were fitted. The cupboard I painted was already jammed shut so I painted it closed as you asked. The amount you said you paid was not the correct figure as I had to buy more paint for you because you didn’t have enough. I am very sorry you feel you were charged to much but I am not sure why you agreed to have the job done if that was your feeling. I told you exactly how much it would cost and how long it would take, not sure where you are getting the 8 hours from, I was at your job for two days. I know you have said you would take down the review if I paid you to do so but as I have already given you a discount and as you agreed the price before I started I think this is very unfair of you to ask. If you would like to contact me I would be more than happy to come back and redo anything you are unhappy with.

  Patricia was on time for the quote which was very competitive. She was on time for the work both days. She chose the paint colour for the kitchen (which I love) from my description. The rest of the work in the hallway and the bathroom was carried out efficiently. Patricia was a clean and tidy worker. Would recommend!

  Decoration of two rooms (nursery and home office)

  Patricia was friendly and responsive from my first contact with her. She did an absolutely beautiful job of redecorating two rooms in our house with wallpaper and paint. The finishing is immaculate and we have had so many compliments from people who have seen the rooms. Patricia was extremely tidy and punctual, letting me know when she would be at our house. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
