Our handle on our UPVC external door failed last night. We could not close the door or lock it. I put the job up at 9am this morning and had a response within 10 mins. Abdul called me straight away to request some photos and videos. He ordered the parts and was here for lunchtime. He was a pleasure to deal with I would highly recommend him. Our house is now secure again and the wife will be happy!!
