Alex was quick to respond to a request to investigate a leak in en suite. The water came through the ceiling down stairs and ran down the walls. Alex correctly identified the root of the problem and fixed it easily with minimal fuss and delay. Came home to find the house had suffered water damage from burst pipes. Fortunately, I chose AK Plumbing and Heating from Checkatrade and I'm very pleased that I did. Alex responded quickly and attended within the hour. He fixed three burst pipes and a leaking valve. Polite, reliable, tidy and with very reasonable pricing. Reliable
When booking an appointment with us we will always go above and beyond to be there on time. More often than not we aim to get to the appointment 10-15 minutes early which allows us to prepare and be organised.
However, if an emergency situation was to arise, we will always contact the client keeping them informed. We know first hand how frustrating it can be waiting in all day for no one to turn up.
We are always looking to take on new projects no matter how big or small, even when we are very busy we will always call you back.
