So they managed to get reception to the TV on 4/11/24but: They completely reset the TV - I have so far been unable to re-install/set up things. My husband just went into the loft and I have been very upset by the utter lack of respect shown for some of the personal things in there. Boxes left half tipped up, obviously just shoved out of the way. Debris just left and not tidied up. Cabling not properly done - just used extenders (the more connections, the weaker the signal). The aerial installed has just been attached using cable ties - not my idea of professionalism.

Very prompt and friendly, took about 45 minutes to set it up. They were very courteous and polite.
