  Bathroom mini refurb

  I needed my bathroom floor refurbished due to general wear and tear. I found Yianni locally while he was working on a house nearby, and I’m really glad I did. Communication throughout was excellent – clear, professional, and responsive. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations; Yianni genuinely overdelivered. The finish is great and has really transformed the space. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and pays attention to the small details. Would thoroughly recommend Yianni to anyone looking for reliable, skilled workmanship. I’ll definitely be using him again for future jobs.

  I would recommend AK Decor. Ak Decor took on a big project at our house straight after we moved in, which required good alignment and work etiquette. The result was great! The team is reliable and responsible, we quickly developed trust with them, and often they went above and beyond. Some of the works were significant such as rebuilding part of a wall in a room, expanding a bathroom, removing a wall separating two living rooms. Decoration throughout the house was detailed, with a lot of filling and patching conducted. Great carpentry throughout, shelves, architraves, skirtings were all redone

  Installed coving beautifully in 2 bedrooms for us. Reliable, talented and friendly team. Particularly appreciated how clean the team was and their clean up after both days of work.

  Asllan and his team did a fantastic job with our recent roof repair and associated works. The work has been of high quality and he has been a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely use again, couldn’t ask for more.

  Decoration inside and out of entire 3 bedroom property and loft space

  The job was to paint a property (inside and out) after a total refurb which included a new extension. My dealings with this company from quotation to completion has been an excellent experience. I was advised on the paints to use, the order of the job and not once did any of the tradesmen turn up late or not arrive when they were scheduled to. As it was a total refurb, during the project there were delays and they rescheduled their dairies to fit in with these hiccups. I whole heartedly recommend this firm and wish that my experiences with other tradesmen were as straightforward as this.

  Plastering cafe walls
