Over the moon with the work carried out

Andy installed a new warm roof, balcony floor, tiles, brickwork, gutter. He was responsive and delivered according to the pre-agreed schedule. I needed pictures for EPC needs and the job was very well documented. I have received the 10yr warranty. I also need a certificate of completion which I'm still waiting for. There was some misunderstanding regarding the balcony mats which were included in the original quote but not in the final job. We agreed to share the cost. Mats not yet installed, will update. If all delivered, would definitely recommend and will do so on google/other sites.

I recently had some work done on my rental house, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The communication with Andy was brilliant,I could really trust him. He provided clear videos explaining what needed to be done, which was extremely helpful. Initially, we thought the work would be minimal, but he discovered additional issues and clearly explained why they needed addressing. I’m so glad he caught them, as they would have caused problems down the line.
