  Single store extension

  We had a single-storey extension by Arjan and his team, and we are extremely pleased with the results. Arjan was professional and clearly understood our requirements. The team were fantastic, always friendly, polite, and respectful of our home. They worked incredibly efficiently and completed the extension within a reasonable timeframe, with minimal disruption. The quality of the building is excellent and meets all the agreed specifications. We are pleased with the new space it has created. We would not hesitate to recommend Arjan and his team to anyone looking for a reliable builder.

  Bathrooms refurbished & other house renovations

  Arjan fitted out our two bathrooms which were complete remodels including combining a toilet & bathroom. He offered fantastic advice & creative ideas & they look amazing. All his work is carried out to the highest standards & he and his team consistently deliver excellent results. They’re a pleasure to have around—really friendly & always on time. Arjan also completed several other renovation jobs for us & it’s a kitchen next. We’d never gone through a project like this before & choosing a builder was a daunting task but we’re so happy we chose Arjan. We can’t recommend him highly enough!

  Front Porch Extension

  Quoted promptly for the works. Was able to start quickly and kept me informed throughout on choices of materials, timescales etc. Everything completed just as I wanted it to look, and exactly to the original quote.

  Garage demolition & new garage construction & new patio

  We had a great experience with AK Builders. The project was a reasonably large one and was completed on budget and ahead of schedule. The project deadline was already tight when we set it at the outset, so it was fantastic that the job completed comfortably inside the deadline. Arjan and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were on site every day and super helpful to engage with as we progressed throughout the project and to bounce ideas off as the project took shape. The end result fully lived up to our ambition and we're super happy with the result. Arjan is now our "go to" builder.

  Based on the great work he previously completed for us I got Arjan back to renew our ensuite bathroom. Always top notch work by him and his team. So pleased with the result and such a nice guy too.
