I had a new kitchen work top and black composite sink installed which was carried out by Alan who I found to be very professional from start to finish, communication was excellent. I bought two sinks as I wasn’t too sure which one would be best for the job due to pipe work etc Alan made some adjustments to the pipe work so that I could have the sink that I wanted which was not in the planned work. Alan turned up on time and left my kitchen clean and tidy, work carried out was of a very good standard. I would definitely recommend Alan and would not hesitate to use him again for any future work

Alan was used to help out on our garage conversion but ended up doing most of it. Alan's an outstanding tradesman , always turns up on time ,is completely devoted to the job at hand and leaves the work area clean and tidy at the end of the day. We look forward to using him again soon for a new kitchen and other projects.

This is the second job Alan has done for us! I cannot recommend Alan enough! He is always on time and tided up after any work he had done! We had some issues but Alan always found a way around anything!

I found AJS property solutions on checkatrade and sent a email, 10 minutes later got a reply and ready to come out to see what needed doing and had it all booked in that evening! Absolutely amazing work from Alan and his team, highly highly recommend ! Always on time, always updating us with developments and next steps!! Cleaned up and tidied everyday! We are so happy with our new kitchen and can’t believe how good it looks! We had problems with our electrics but Alan got them sorted straight away!
