  Re-routing pipes from the central heating system and fitting new radiators in 2 rooms

  Excellent communication, a custom radiator was delivered ahead of time, but they brought plenty of materials to finish the job when they said they would. There was some uncertainty digging into a concrete floor to route pipes and I was involved appropriately when this was required. I felt heard and got what I asked for. Retrospective clean-up was good and any delay was me being disorganised.

  Replacement cistern

  Really pleased, we received top service from Scott. He arrived when he said he would and even messaged me 30 mins before arrival to let me know he was on his way. The price he quoted was the price we paid for the full replacement of our old leaking cistern. It was awkward to get at and fit the new cistern as everything was concealed behind a unit, but he managed it no problem and made sure everything was tested and leak free before he left. The bathroom was left clean and tidy when the job was complete. Will definitely use AJS again for future work.

  If you are reading this - Use Scott. He communicated excellently from start to finish. Scott was polite, highly knowledgeable and didn’t mind me asking him a hundred questions while he worked. I have already recommended him to family members. He turned what was a difficult time into a 10/10 experience for me and my family. Thank you!
