  Cut out opening and fit lintel for new personal door to rear of garage

  Cut out brickwork and install lintel to create opening for new personal door. Job took one day and site was left clean and tidy. They recommended and coordinated with the door supplier and fitter. Very efficient.

  Lead trays fitted

  We’re really pleased with the work that was carried out and the leak above our door has stopped! Ashley and his son were wonderful, kept me informed of arrival times, showed me what work was completed each day and they tidied up perfectly as well. They even sorted out a hole in our wall from some old pipes. They’ll be top of our list if we ever need any future work doing and i highly recommend them. Brilliant job!

  Ashley and his son were very polite and friendly, they worked in appalling weather, constant rain getting soaked many times, but they were always cheerful. The work took 5 days and they worked really hard all week. They cleared away tidily every day and I was very pleased with their work, I would definitely recommend them.

  Removal of small first floor balcony due to it being unsafe.

  Ashley Sanderson and his colleague were the most courteous and amenable trades men, who completed the work without fuss, in a day and a half. Ashley had not quoted for making good the brickwork exposed by the removed balcony but, upon being asked about a few holes left in the brickwork, he came back the following day, in the most atrocious wet weather, and neatly filled the holes against the ingress of rain. In the event of needing further building work done I would have no hesitation in asking him again.
