  Don’t use the company

  Initially when contacting the company they text with the list of services available and the amount. Communication was helpful up until the day the work was carried out. None of the work that was discussed was done and when I asked for an invoice and receipt they didn’t provide one, they would only take cash. Afterwards I tried to escalate the problem but ended up with abuse and a refusal of the work to be redone or partial refund

  Tracy every word that came out of your mouth from start to finish, including this review is a lie. You threatened us with violence to the point where we had to report you to the police, you’re a liar, a cheat and frankly an all round horrible person.

  I can't speak highly enough of Nathan and his team They handled a difficult and delicate situation with complete professionalism from start to finish and quite frankly worked miracles. The Communication was excellent as well and they were not as costly as som otheers who quoted I am a Relocation Consultant and so help my clients engage cleaners when they leave their rentals so I have a "little black book of cleaners" - I will be throwing that away and going to Nathan every time from now on Definitely recommend 100%

  Below expectation

  Missed side skirts, lamp shades not even wiped or touched, door corners. Lower parts of the wall not even wiped. Cobwebs laying in some rooms . Disappointed. Dog hair left behind the wash basin and the comet.

  Empty House Deep Clean

  I can’t thank Tony enough for all the work he did in transforming my aunty’s house with a deep clean. The house was completely empty after a house clearance firm had been in after my aunty passed away but it was in desperate need of a very deep clean after years of neglect before being put on the market. I couldn’t believe the difference Tony made in just a few hours. I can’t thank him and Hello Clean enough for their swift and reliable service. Would strongly recommend. Thanks again!
