Peter turned up in half an hour after the call. We had a problem with the heating boiler system which he sussed out and fixed in 10 minutes. A job well done!

Work all carried out quickly and effectively - toilet all working great now

The plumber arrived promptly, explained fully what would need to be done and gave an estimate of price and how long the job would take. He had to bring in an electrician to complete installation (the electrics were old) but that was done within the time-scale and the extra cost was discussed and agreed. He explained the new controls, bled the radiators and cleared up and removed the rubbish. For my part, a good experience.

They came very promptly with no prior notice. They were both efficient and friendly and knew exactly what was required. They made no mess at all . They came back within days to replace the radiators and check that my heating system was still working correctly.
