  Andy and Tom did a great job building our garage. They were easy to communicate with, friendly, and managed the project smoothly. They also took care of building control, which made things easier. I'm pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend them.

  Great team work. On time. Care taken and Andy follows up and monitors progress. All work was weather dependent and the team were reactive to working in the intermittent dry spells. Tom worked hard. Highly recommend.

  Tarmac cutting and waste removal

  We couldn't be happier with the job and service. Andy kept in contact promptly and consistently, and talked us through everything we needed to make sure the job went successfully. Tom was efficient and friendly, completed the work to a high standard and cleaned everything up afterwards. We would be very happy to recommend them, and to work with them again on any future projects.

  Single storey kitchen extension

  Andy and his team completed a removal of existing building (conservatory and utility), knock through and single storey extension. Andy has a lot of experience and this shows, especially when managing all the different services involved and overcoming unforeseen challenges with architectural plans. Would recommend to anyone looking for similar.

  Hard landscaping around the property

  Andy built a brick wall on patio & steps laid slabs on patio, side & front of property installed french drain's. 1st class master builder very knowledgeable. The quality of his work is outstanding, his attention to detail & perfection is excellent. When hiring a builder can be a daunting task, Andy kept me informed all the way through I would highly recommend Andy Mills ( Andy J Mills )

  Single story extension with vaulted ceiling

  Excellent service from start to finish, started when he said he would and kept me informed of everything that was going on. Excellent workmanship, other trades all arrived on the days they were supposed to and Andy made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Site was all cleaned up at the end of the job, would not hesitate to recommend him for any building project large or small
