  Renovation and loft conversion of Victorian terrace

  AJM Constructions did a full back-to-brick renovation of our Victorian terrace, with structural changes on the ground floor and a loft conversion. AJ gave a fair quote and was great at communicating throughout, using WhatsApp regularly to keep me updated. Invoicing was clear and any additional costs that cropped up (due to unexpected structural issues) discussed and agreed in advance. His team did excellent quality work and he gave helpful suggestions and advice when we needed it. We’re delighted with the result and would happily recommend AJ and his team.

  Reliable and skilled

  I would hands down recommend AJM Contructions. Amerjeet and his team were wonderful. They are trustworthy, respectful and did a wonderful job. When my flooring fell through, and they saw I was at a loss, they immediately helped me source something else. When the building never showed to remove large glass panels, they figured it out. They helped make the project low stress. They truly went above and beyond. I will be using them again in future.

  Loft conversion extension, remodelling and decorating, chimney demolition, bespoke carpentry

  AJM Contractors managed our loft conversion extension, stair remodel, en-suite, and full-house painting with great care and professionalism. Amarjeet and the team were always available and on-site every day. The team were punctual, polite, and worked through a cold winter with impressive attention to detail. Communication was excellent, and nothing was ever too much trouble - they even helped with picking up bulky online orders, and introduced us to great tradespeople. We’ll truly miss them—we can’t recommend them highly recommended! Thank you AJ and the team!

  Excellent Bathroom Renovation - Highly Recommended

  Based on a friend's recommendation, we recently had our bathroom renovated by AJM Construction and couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, AJ & his team were professional and skilled at their craft. Despite us changing our plans relatively last minute, they provided great design suggestions, showed a very high quality of workmanship and were super reliable. From coming at agreed times, working while we were out of the house, over weekend work for timely completion, to helping us pick-up of materials, what impressed us most was their trustworthiness.

  Loft Conversion

  Had some housekeeping issues initially, however AJ ensured his workers fully respected our property when we raised our concerns. The work was done to spec and drawings and there were no hidden extras. Could not fault the standard of workmenship, anything that we weren't happy with AJ was more then willing to change things to ensure we were happy with he final end product. AJ and his team were non confrontational thought out the process and they kept within the boundaries of the site works and our home, that made a huge difference when you have children. I will use AJ construction again.

  Full downstairs renovation + bathroom

  We recently hired AJM Construction for a major house renovation, including a porch extension, kitchen-diner opening with steel, a new kitchen, and bathroom renovation. AJ was fantastic to work with—open to discussions and always ready to support his team. His crew was punctual, hard-working, and went the extra mile. Mandeep, in particular, had a positive attitude and offered great suggestions. We're already planning additional work with AJ and would highly recommend his team for home renovations.
