James was fantastic. He quoted quickly and was competitive and proposed in my opinion the best solution. James was regularly in touch leading up to the works to manage ordering of materials and schedule everything. We had contractors coming in to do work after James so it had to be completed in a certain time frame and James was accommodating. It was great having James and his team on site they kept our house clean and did there best to impact us as little as possible.

James did a great job insulating and boarding our loft, along with fitting a new hatch and ladder. He was very conscientious and thoughtful of us, cleaning and hoovering up every evening. The finished work was also to a high standard, with an attention to detail that we really appreciated.

This was a small job, just insulating and boarding the kitchen loft. James and Matt completed the job quickly, giving options when work could be done in different ways. The whole area was left neat and tidy.

James insulated our suspended victorian floor. As with all period properties was a bit more complicated than originally thought. We also had other trades on site working in awkwardly close proximity and James has taken it all in his stride. He’s very communicative, flexible and passes the all important BNB test (bloody nice bloke). We’re having him back to internally insulate our single skin brick walks and have already passed his details to friends for help with their roof project.

James was able to come fit the insulation on pretty short notice, and he completed it in 1.5 days, very good result.

Jane's always arrived on time, worked hard and completed the job satisfactorily. Good communication, very polite and conscientious. I would recommend him to anyone.
