James has done a great job in refurbishing my studio space - particularly with the insulation being the major thing, but also undertaking other elements in the refurbishment. He has been excellent at keeping in touch via WhatsApp and email, often sending videos to keep me updated with the progress. Any changes to the work has been explained thoroughly with various options available. Highly recommended.

James filled 20+ bags of old insulation from our side loft (that had been dislodged and not put back properly by previous tradesmen) and replaced it with mineral wool insulation. The job wasn’t easy, with a small hatch for access and a confined space with low eaves and a stair well in the way. James was easy to contact/communicate with, he is reliable and he turned up when he said he would. He worked hard, he kept me informed throughout of how the job was progressing, and he tidied up and took everything away at the end. Thanks James for a great job.

I initially asked James to insulate out floor, and later asked him to also insulate the walls. I was very happy with the experience throughout. He is professional, courteous, and flexible. He clearly cares about the customers interests, and doing the job in the right way. His communication throughout the process was excellent.

Really pleased with the work carried out. Old insulation removed, new insulation installed and boarded out. All the work done really well, with care and cleaned up after. Would definitely recommend.

James examined the space, explained the constraints, and then described the possible approaches to make our ground floor retain heat much better and be less draughty, explained the materials really well. Installation was careful, efficient, and tidy. James and his colleague were highly professional, reliable, kind. I was impressed with his knowledge and experience.

James was fantastic. He quoted quickly and was competitive and proposed in my opinion the best solution. James was regularly in touch leading up to the works to manage ordering of materials and schedule everything. We had contractors coming in to do work after James so it had to be completed in a certain time frame and James was accommodating. It was great having James and his team on site they kept our house clean and did there best to impact us as little as possible.
