From first contact Joe was professional honest and helpful. The removal of 2 medium trees and several saplings was done efficiently and exactly as promised. The clean up afterwards was exceptional - Joe even cleared debris left from previous tree work! I would highly recommend AJ Humphrey for any tree work - they are professional, friendly and the price was fair!

From the first visit, the team were straightforward about what needed doing and why, no upselling, no vague estimates that doubled on the day. The work itself was impressive to watch: efficient, methodical, and they clearly knew how the tree wanted to come down before they ever lifted a saw. Garden was left cleaner than they found it.

Sent photos of fallen apple tree (approx 80 years old) to see if it could be saved. Advised it was possible. On day of work, all agreed it was a good idea to try and save the tree but no guarantees. Liked attitude of team in trying best endeavours to save tree. Tree re-erected, props added to stabilise. Agreed to come back and add more props and check on tree in 6 months time to check health of tree.
