  Great work conducted by AJ Hoarding. Clear quotation process, thorough detail, professional. Arrived on time and conducted the work professionally and kept communication very clear. Team were polite and respectful and cleaned up after they left. Communication and recommendations provided by Arthur were clear and logical. Would recommend.

  Garden fences installation

  A J Hoarding Ltd provided professional and excellent service on the garden fencing. They contacted me straight away once the job was published on Checkatrade and the fitter arrived on time for the quotation. They provided detailed and formal quotation sheet with itemised specification, and responded to any question raised by customer in timely manner. The fitting work was performed effeciently and high standard. The fitters are helpful, friendly and polite. We are very satisfied with their service and definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need.

  Emergency fencing / security

  They responded very quickly to provide emergency fencing to our garden. The fencing was fitted within 24 hours with a full explanation of the work. He was courteous and polite and even came back to check and enhance the fencing with additional screening for improved privacy. We felt very reassured by his clear communication and support.

  Replaced fences and gates

  Arthur and Bob have just completed replacing our fence and gates. They were very friendly, courteous and accommodating and were excellant at explaining everything. They were happy to make any adjustments we requested, no fuss. Very neat and tidy solid work, took all the mess away as well. We are over the moon with the new fence and gates.

  Did not bother contacting me.

  He came to look at the fence at my property and said he would be happy to do the job of installation and painting the fence but did not get back to me. I left emails and messages but he did not return my messages.

  We apologies that we have not satisfied you with our services, We as a company are family run and with the current market and high demand for fencing work this one had slipped through the net that does NOT happen often. At the moment their is 1 member of staff for our office, who at present receives in excess of 20+ phone calls and 15+ new enquiries in any working day.
