  This is the second time we have used Andy and the team when moving into a new property. We have had the old, tired look of the front of our house transformed by having new fascia’s, soffits and guttering also a lovely new driveway laid. Andy also installed some internal doors for us to separate one big room into two. The quality of the work done and their reliable, trustworthy, friendly manor is outstanding. HIGHLY RECOMMEND we will be back for more work to be done soon.

  Top notch company to deal with

  Helped us stop water leakage from heating system very promptly, then returned to repair damage to ceilings, hob extract replace etc. Really good work, attended very quickly, lovely people to deal with. Would certainly use them again. Top notch service.

  Heritage Wall Restoration

  A J Grant Builders is a company with considerable experience, skills and knowledge of building practices. They restored and repointed a two to three hundred year old Kentish ragstone wall. The work on the wall is excellent and it is now secure for many years to come. The team worked hard and put in many hours to deliver this outcome. The site was left tidy and the builders were friendly and polite.

  House renovation/ alterations

  We took on Andy and his team to help us renovate and make alterations to a property that we are moving into. Communication was good, always open to advise us and come up with solutions to problems that occurred. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.

  Recently moved in and had to rectify various issues, including chimney repairs, relaying a concrete floor and a stud partition. Andy and his team were fantastic and completed all jobs to timescale, very helpful, polite and punctual. Would definitely recommend!
