Ant from first contact was super helpful and explained his lead time (busy carpenter and now I know why!) He was happy to take calls, turned up when stated, on time and very tidy. He also helped with design aspect to maximise space. He was able to enlist the help of his brother (electrician) and friend (painter and decorator) as a one stop shop package in which he would co-ordinate…. Much appreciated. Work is fantastic and we are super thrilled with the finished result- our bedroom vision has come to life. We’ll definitely be appointing Ant for further projects.

Anthony did a great job by converting our under stairs area into a nicely neat and built-in storage with a door, hanging unit for coats, and three additional drawer units. We are extremely pleased with the work, and Anthony’s professionalism and work ethic. Communication was as well spot on. We highly recommend him.

Antony was the outstanding respondent to our initial search for a carpenter to bid for a project for new solid flooring in our home. His knowledge and experience was obvious from his initial survey visit, where he listened carefully to our requirements, to establish the scope and provide a definitive quote. When carrying out the work he was considerate and attentive to ensure minimum disruption and even cleaned as the job progressed. The outcome more than met our expectations and we have already committed to further work from Anthony in the future and recommended him to other people.

We’re so pleased with our new media wall! AJ Carpentry did such a fantastic job — the quality and attention to detail are brilliant. They were friendly, reliable, and made the whole process really easy from start to finish. The wall has completely transformed our living room, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

Anthony was excellent. Worked efficiently and found some great solutions to fix shelving and picture rails. Carpentry looks brilliant. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Ant came a few weeks ago to patch our skirting, unfortunately it wasn’t able to be patched as our old skirting design had been discontinued so Ant found a similar design and redid the whole room for us. We also asked him to rebuild our bannister as our old one was well loved by previous owners and covered in hundreds of paint layers. He did a great job, it looks so much better than before and he managed to complete it in half a day. We are so pleased and would definitely go to him again for carpentry jobs in our house.
