We had a leaking kitchen tap. I sent a video as asked and a diagnosis was given almost immediately. Andi was able to come out to us at our convenience and kept me updated before and on the day of the work with an ETA. Andi certainly went the extra mile for us and we highly recommend him. He was polite, punctual and friendly.

Andi came to have look at my running toilet, diagnosed the problem straight away and had the necessary parts with him to replace and fix the issue there and then - including an extra leaking bit of pipe he discovered while fixing the broken valve. He was very flexible when arranging a time for him to come by and arrived when he said he would. Thanks Andi!

The company was very quick. Arranged a visit the next day, came on time and fixed the problem. Actually repaired both taps as the cold tap was also found to be leaking. Went to the trouble of getting replacement handles and cartridges. Happy with the work and the service.

He gave some advice about the suitability of new tap to fit. Completed a neat and tidy job, and promptly rectified a small issue. Very happy with the service!. He gave a reasonable price!!
