Like most people, I didn't know a good builder so I asked several builder to quote. Andy provided some practical suggestions and his quote was competitive so decided to go with his company. He and his team proved to be an excellent choice. They turn up when expected, work hard and are excellent builders. I changed the spec a couple of times which they willingly accommodated. Job location: SW16I can't praise Andy and his team enough - they were exceptional from start to finish, real care and craftsmanship in their work. They work fast with great accuracy in all types of weather. Polite, friendly and punctual, happy to give common sense advice with the job. Job location: CR2Andrew was very direct about what was needed, how long the job would take and the price. This was refreshing after a few vague and confusing quotes from other builders. He stuck to the plan, the timeframe, the price, was respectful of the property and is a thoroughly decent human being. Plus our dog seemed to like him; what more could you ask for?
