They contacted me very quickly after I posted the job on Check a Trade. For various reasons I didn't go ahead then but kept their details. When I contacted them again a week or so later they were able to fix an appointment. I sent a photo and the engineer came equipped with an appropriate part which was much appreciated. He took great care over the job, managing water pressure and noise as well as fitting the part. The engineer could not keep the first appointment due to an unforeseen job, but he rearranged to the next day and kept that appointment.Verified reviewerJob location: CW910 Toilets leaking
