Needed to repaint and clean carpet in a housing association flat before we had to hand over keys. We weren't able to give Ait Smart Cleaning much notice to get the work done but they did a professional job finishing in time for us to hand over the keys. Elaine was pleasant to deal with and kept me informed. Highly recommended.

The cleaners arrived on time. All polite and had spare/cleaning shoes. Did a tour of the house and mentioned any specific areas of focus. By the time they were done I was very pleased. Got the stubborn limescale off my shower doors so happy with the experience overall.

Thoroughly recommend this company. AIT jet-washed our driveway and cleaned the gutters. Both jobs are excellent. The driveway looks like new and they showed us photos of the gutters before and after cleaning so we could see what a good job was done. Care was taken to the property and everything was left clean and tidy. All very professional, conscientious and polite.

An excellent company providing a superb service with a courteous and polite attitude

Gaetano and Mauricio has done a great work when cleaning our windows and gutters. I did not even know that our gutters were blocked because they were full of moss. Thankfully Gaetano suggested that he will look into them and has cleared them out. They are always very efficient and clean everything after themselves. The communication is good and they arrive on time. It is a pleasure to having the service performed by them.
