Carpets are nice. But not what I asked for. I asked for carpets that wouldn't make my rugs crawl when you walk on them. They suggested the highest quality. Now I sit with expensive rugs that crawl across the carpets when I walk on them. Wasted £'s on rug grippers etc. I asked for advice and once again, my visit was delayed because they are taking on too much work. I was also told on quot day they would add gripper boards in empty areas, but they fitted these areas with spray adhesive instead. I was going to overlook this until I got blown off again yesterday and was told I'm inconsiderate.

I contacted Aitken floor specialist as my friend highly recommend them as she had her floor laid by them, Have to say so glad I did , they came and measured up promptly and left me some floor samples to choose from. I couldn’t make my choice straight away and they were in no rush for me to do so , I finally made my choice & when the tiles arrived the work was done Within 2 days & they took all my old carpet away , An absolute transformation. I was so pleased finishing product looked amazing and the young man Sammy even washed the floor. Highly recommend

The team arrived promptly, kept the work space clean and tidy and finished well within the timeframe he provided. Sammy’s professionalism has made this really easy. To say I am impressed would be an understatement. I would highly recommend Sammy and his team to anyone I know. My new floor has turned our house into a home.
