AirTech are a first class, professional company, who put service, integrity, and professionalism at the heart of what they do. Their engineer Dan who visited our property was courteous and clearly an expert at what he does. He took the time to explain exactly what had gone wrong with our system, and what he did to fix it. He had a real ‘can do’ approach to his work and was a superb representative for his company. In all respects I cannot speak more highly of this company - the positive, cheery manner from reception to the accounts department, and Paula who overseas it all. Outstanding.

Paul and Harry did a fantastic job servicing the A/C system of a very large house, They went out of their way to figure out what each control panel controlled, (not an easy task) I use Airtech for a lot of properties I manage, the service and reports are always on point. I have moved away from alternative A/C Engineers & Companies and have gone to Airtech because I know they supply great Engineers who really check the system for faults. Airtech are very reliable!

Technician turned up on the dot, explained what he was going to do and did it very thoroughly. A pleasure to deal with him.

Three engineers came yesterday (Ron, Frank and Hayden) to install the new unit R410A condenser and dismantle and put away the old one. Above mentioned engineers made sure system is up and running, all tested and everything alright, in place and nice and tidy before they left, exactly what we expected. They were all are all very courteous, competent, professional and mindful of asking permission to access areas they need to and didn’t leave any mess whatsoever. Job very well done!

The engineer was efficient and courteous and went to the trouble of explaining what he was doing and what more the a/c unit could do in differing circumstances.
