Eye quick to reply, contact out and diagnose the problems

Donchev was quick to communicate, diagnose the issue & offered solutions and has fixed our issue with the dishwasher. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking for help with their machines. Times and prices were clear and agreed before the work was booked in & Donchev was flexible with our booking time requirements to suit our needs. Thank you for your help.

There was prompt communication. Offered a fairer price than others and ordered the part for me straight away. Arrived on time and I could tell he took care to make sure the job was done well.

Doncho was quick to reply to my quote request and came out to review the issue during the weekend. He was very polite and efficient, ordering the replacement part I needed and I was very pleased to have my dishwasher working again when he came to repair a few days later.
