We were very impressed with this company. Terry Akehurst provided us with a very competitive quote which was far more reasonable than other quotes we were given for the installatioin of an air conditioning system guiding us at every stage. Terry remained on site throughout the installation process with his fitter to ensure that the whole procedure went to plan. He was meticulous in ensuring that the highest possible standards were maintained. He gave us a full explanation of how the system operated from the remote control. Air Source Heat Pumps Ltd installed a couple of units for me a few years ago and again recently. When contacted, Terry provided a prompt and competitive quotation, which was accepted and all goods were supplied on time. The speed and quality of the work carried out by his engineers, Darren and Lucas was excellent. Excellent in all respects from the original visit where the person was very knowledgeable to the fitting which was very neat . Terry and his team (Darren and Lucas) were excellent, very detailed prior to the job, very much a measure twice, cut once type of approach. Was up front about costs, timeliness, kept his word.
