  We have used Airsat Construction on our new property we have purchased in Bristol and they have been absolutely amazing, professional and knowledgeable in property. They have delivered the project earlier than scheduled in very high standard finishes. their attention to details were amazing and Shahin the company owner were very helpful and easy to communicate.   Ground floor renovation with new kitchen

  We have a small terraced house that had a tiny kitchen and boxy living space. Airsat knocked through a couple of walls and put in a new kitchen and wood floor throughout the ground floor. The end results are great and have completely changed the house. The team spent a lot of time making sure that everything was done right and they were always accommodating when we asked for changes. Shahin clearly wants the final product to be as good as possible and had some great contacts for sourcing materials.

  Demolish and rebuild garage

  A most excellent experience from Airsat. We needed our asbestos-ridden garage demolished and rebuilt with electric power and some associated fencing and landscaping work. Shahin contacted us promptly and remained in contact via WhatsApp throughout the job, even on evenings and at the weekend. The quote was reasonable with a proper design and build contract. All workers were quiet and polite and respectful of our home and neighbours. They started promptly and finished earlier than expected. They definitely exceeded our expectations in every way. Would not hesitate to use them again.

  Rear, side extension and internal alterations

  Shahin and his team have done an excellent job refurbishing my HMO rental property in Bishopston, Bristol. The project was started on time and completed exactly within the agreed tight schedule. The original quotation was competitive and reasonable for the extensive works involved. There have been a few unforeseens and several extra items that we requested. On all occasions these extra works were priced and agreed in writing in advance, and carried out in a timely way. This was a transparent process and was important to maintaining an excellent builder/client relationship.

  Fully renovation and structural work

  We didn’t want to have to manage the project and were looking for someone to think of the things we didn’t. Airsat offered the complete service: we moved out for a few months and returned to our house transformed. Airsat were definitely not the cheapest quote we had, but no one else came close to the passion and imagination we were looking for. We are thrilled with the results! The team are fantastic: professional and friendly. Every detail was perfect and they had loads of great ideas. They were very courteous and treated the house as if it was their own home.
