  Air Performance Ltd installed three air-conditioning units in our house and the whole experience was excellent. Alex came to our home, really listened to our needs and was one of the few who actually measured each room before recommending the right unit sizes. He gave us several options and clear guidance on what would work best. The installation team was fantastic - extremely professional, clean, respectful and very detail-oriented. It was the first time we had contractors working in our home and the place didn’t turn into a construction site. On top of that, their quote was one of the best.

  Daikin System install with 3 units in Guildford

  I heard of Alex and the team at Air Performance from a fellow developer friend of mine and I heard great things. I asked Alex to design a system for my newly built home and needed the work completed in two phases as I was adding an additional floor to the house. Alex was clear on pricing, very knowledgable, professional and meticulous in his detail. I have two different crews for the two phases and they were all incredibly polite, efficient, very tidy and professional. Getting Alex to install four more systems for me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

  Air Performance company is reliable and very honest in their work

  We had an amazing experience with Air Performance! Our AC stopped working, and their team came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, and got it fixed in no time. Everyone was professional, polite, and clearly knew what they were doing. It’s rare to find a company that’s this reliable and honest — we’ll definitely be using them again. Highly recommend Air Performance to anyone needing AC repairs or maintenance!

  New Aircon system installation

  We came across this company through a referal. From the beginning to completion the experience has been amazing. We had loads of specialities installed in a new shop and from all of them they were the best. I wish we had also installed ventilation instead we had only the aircon system. We follow all there recommendations and the end result is just great at a very good price for the market. From the type of aircon system to the brand which has a very good ratio price quality all was spot on… Alexandre the manager was always available and in the other side of the phone. highly recommended

  Two air conditioning units in bedroom and living room

  Alex was quick to respond to my original enquiry and gave a comprehensive quote with options for different units, as we were not sure which brand we wanted. On the originally agreed date, Alex called to say there had been a problem with the delivery of the units we had requested and offered to upgrade us to a more expensive unit and to complete the works on a Saturday at no extra charge to us, which I felt was very fair and reasonable. The installation was very smooth and carried out to a good standard, albeit we had one minor snag, however this was rectified very quickly.
