  Exemplary and very efficient.

  The team from Air Cool Environmental have been nothing short of exemplary. We were very worried about putting an indoor Aircon unit in our house but the Director Neil laid all our anxieties to rest. They were very responsive and patiently answering all your queries through emails. The installation took around 5 hours which was actually quite quick as we thought it would take the whole day. Mark and Sonny were great! Very hard workers, efficient, respectful of the property, tidy and also made sure everything was working fine before they left.

  Very happy with Air Cool Environmental Ltd from start to finish. Professional and clear during the initial visit, with good recommendations on installation. A parts delay was handled well — they kept us informed throughout and offered a full refund. The installation team were friendly, skilled, and happy to answer our questions on the day.   The process was straightforward. Their communications were clear with the quote provided and the post inspection report. They were very responsive. Most importantly, everybody I dealt with was extremely nice and friendly. They are good people that I'd be happy to recommend to anybody.
