  The process was straightforward. Their communications were clear with the quote provided and the post inspection report. They were very responsive. Most importantly, everybody I dealt with was extremely nice and friendly. They are good people that I'd be happy to recommend to anybody.

  I used this company for my annual Air Con, service, and I really wish had found them before using other local companies in the last. Excellent communication before the service visit and a thorough service completed on the day booked. The engineer was very helpful and knowledgable, carried out the service and completed his paperwork in a timely manner. I would have no hesitation thoroughly recommending Air Cool Environmental - a five star service.
