Really happy with my installation, installed in January. We had a good few months of testing the Heat Pump during the first couple of cold months of the year & it performed perfectly. Now we are into the summer & the cost fort the heat pump producing my desired hot water is under my prevouse gas standing charge which is brilliant. My COP has averaged 4.1over the 7 months so far this year so I’m super pleased i made the jump into having a Heat Pump system. Combined with the EVO tariff I’m on which is 15p per KwH for my Vaillant Pump its definitely been worth the switch.

Brilliant work from the lads at aira, very polite and professional, made sure the job was completed to a high standard, cleaned after working everyday, made sure I was confident in using the app for the heat pump, all round a very pleasant experience would absolutely recommend this company again.

I had my boiler removed and a new heat pump installed last month. Great service from the sales visit through to installation, they sent an installer round first to measure and answer any questions I had, then they made a custom design for my property and kept me informed at each stage. Installers were tidy, carpet protection, hoovered after any drilling. Already seeing my bills reduced after having the gas meter removed

I had the brand new Aira heat pump Installed at my property and i couldn't be any more happier. The installers were polite, friendly and very knowledgable and did an amazing install of my my heat pump. The whole process from start to finish was smooth with no hickups. I would definitely recommend Aira if you are looking at making the change to an heat pump

The installation team were great, very polite and friendly helped to answer all of my questions and they kept everything very clean and tidy. The heat pump itself looks much better than others I’ve seen and we have lovely hot water our energy usage has gone right down.
