  Replacement of fire door (front door)

  The AIM Windows team were fantastic from start to finish, super clear on the right solution for my needs, and install was done quickly and professionally. When I noticed a small dent in the frame a few months after install, the team very swiftly came by to swap this out and get it fixed for free. Very impressed by the customer service and overall service!

  Aim Windows supplied and fitted a new FD30S flat entrance door for me, the process was very smooth from beginning to end with my queries at quote stage promptly answered and all workmen were very punctual and courteous. Would highly recommend.

  Amazing honesty in this day and age

  I acquired a house and wanted to replace the double glazed door as it was dropping. This gentleman informed me that a new door wasn’t warranted. The double glazed units could be replaced and a retainer put in to stop the door swinging back onto the wall. That to me showed customer service. The price was good, others wanted more for less work. Everyone else was telling me that I needed a new door unit, the numbers in the glass would come at a cost- £££. I was reassured by the honesty of the company. The work was completed and the site was left clean and tidy.

  Replace 8 Sash windows

  I had to research and choose a firm from overseas so was a little apprehensive with the process. Having done a lot of internet searches I settled with AIM windows to replace about 10 Sash windows. Choose a smaller local firm rather than the big window companies was something I read a lot and in this AIM delivered an exceptional product and service. Matt and his team were professional from the first call to each step of the process, even picking up the keys from a drop point to help me get the job done. The two fitters installed in two days and I learned to appreciate they have a tough job but
