Really impressed with the service from Aim - from the explanation on the phone to the professional, polite and courteous visit from the tradesperson. Arrived on time - wasps promptly vacated!

Had an appointment booked for 3 o'clock they arrived 2hrs early, started leaving me voicemails saying they are not going to wait around as I was at work, finished work early to get back for 3 then when I rang and asked if someone is attending they said it is booked for tomorrow, had the time and address wrong. Poor customer service, would not recommend.

Absolutely amazing company and the staff members are very pleasant and very professional! The after care provided is the cherry on the cake!! A big shout out to Tara/ Jason for there amazing work!! Definitely recommend this company to anyone!! Well done!!!
