Really impressed with the service from Aim - from the explanation on the phone to the professional, polite and courteous visit from the tradesperson. Arrived on time - wasps promptly vacated!

Had an appointment booked for 3 o'clock they arrived 2hrs early, started leaving me voicemails saying they are not going to wait around as I was at work, finished work early to get back for 3 then when I rang and asked if someone is attending they said it is booked for tomorrow, had the time and address wrong. Poor customer service, would not recommend.
