Really impressed with the service from Aim - from the explanation on the phone to the professional, polite and courteous visit from the tradesperson. Arrived on time - wasps promptly vacated!

Had an appointment booked for 3 o'clock they arrived 2hrs early, started leaving me voicemails saying they are not going to wait around as I was at work, finished work early to get back for 3 then when I rang and asked if someone is attending they said it is booked for tomorrow, had the time and address wrong. Poor customer service, would not recommend.

Great service from start to finish. Messaged me promptly to arrange for a same day visit to remove a Wasps nest we had noticed on our house. They arrived within the 2 hour window and completed the task professionally. Great service would 100% use again and recommend.
