We called AIM.pest control after finding them online. Julie came to assess mine and my neighbours problem, taking her time and giving lots of helpful and effective advice. She was also very kind to me as I was struggling with what we had to do. Did explained everything thoroughly and if we are in this situation again we will 100% use them again. Thank you x

We called AIM environmental services and they came out the same day. Put bait boxes down and gave us lots of advice. Julie was brilliant and was only a text message away to answer any queries and she got back to me straight away. We have just had our 3rd visit from Julie and hopefully we have now cured the problem. We would not hesitate to use AIM again in the future.

Sewer damage created a rodent problem. First company I called took my money but did next to nothing else, and the problem got worse. I called AIM and their representative Mark came out. He was professional, viewed the exterior of our home and located the entry point. He assessed our home and created a strategy that ultimately resolved the matter. We couldn’t be happier. I strongly recommend Aim Environmental Services. There are questionable companies that will take your money, do nothing, and not care. Aim gets the job DONE.

Very good experience all round

Julie discovered the potential sources of the problem by listening to what had been happening & what signs we had seen & laid traps & poison. Julie clearly explained what she was doing & made sure there was no risk to pets. This was such a relief after trying many home remedies. After the 2nd visit our house appeared to be clear. We had Julie back a 3rd time to remove traps but poison was left down in out of the way places as a further precaution. We had been caused so much anxiety by the problem, and feel so much more relaxed in our own home now. Thank you.
