  Great building work project experience for an Education Centre

  Terry and the whole team at A.I.L. Property Specialists were great from project start to finish and were friendly and professional. They were able to book the work at very short notice to support our timeline. They communicated everything really thoroughly and made sure we were updated and knew what was going on throughout. The team were very happy to fix a few small things following the completion of the work to make sure everything was of a good standard, and our staff team were happy. I would definitely recommend!

  Only person to respond. Came out and quoted. Waited until insurance approval and carried out work. Was a day delayed due to an overrunning job, but was informed of this and was happy to agree.

  Removal of front garden and full block paved driveway

  From start to finish this company are easy, straight and fair to deal with, from contact, to quote to commencing work. The guys working on the driveway were incredible, my neighbours said they never stopped! They were professional, courteous and hard working. Do not doubt yourself, book these guys.
