Remove cracked concrete & shale/slag, replace with dolomite & new concrete.

I was impressed with the speed at which they removed all of the concrete/shale/slag from the kitchen & dining room. They took the kitchen out, drilled out all the cracked concrete, dug out the shale, replaced with dolomite and re-concreted. They then replaced the kitchen with very few problems. A very solid job all round.

Insulation removal and timber treatment

The guys did a great job for me meeting the requirements of a surveyor that changed during the job and got a successful survey through for me. The job was complicated but the guys met the requirements and tidied up to a great standard. Couldn’t be more pleased and couldn’t recommend them more.

Drainage

Sorry that I'm a tad late with review. Was very happy with A.I.L. team. Did a detailed survey on site, provided a quote, were very professional. Unfortunately, I didn't engage them, solely because Crocodile offered to fix drainage for free.

Dormer Roof Repair

Not a big job but A.I.L turned up when they said they would and did the job. Others did not. Very happy with the work and full marks for reliability. Will call A.I.L again if need building work again.
