Mark, whom I found easy to communicate with was professional and knowledgeable, called on agreed day to inspect possible issue with Roller Door. Gave detailed analysis of issue and following discussion of possible remedial worrk he provided a detailed Quotation for replacement Garage Roller Door and associated Controls, including supporting Brochures, as promised. This Quotation, together with that for other work has been accepted and Orders placed.
