  Drawing plans for building regulations

  Leigh worked with me to draw up construction plans for building regulations and the builder to work from. Throughout the process he has always responded quickly and been a joy to work with. He went above and beyond what I expected of him. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking to carry out a building project in the area.

  Designing modifications to 1930s house including new windows cut in and roof structure modified

  The company fault to complete the task they where set to do. Building control still have not passed set of plans, as the plans are inaccurate and misleading. Any alterations required took months to establish. Has taken nearly 6 months to provide some structural calculations and drawings for a couple of new window installations.

  I’m sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your experience, and I truly regret any frustration this may have caused. My goal is always to provide accurate and efficient service, but in this case, I faced some challenges that I’d like to clarify. I understand that you chose to provide your own survey rather than using one of ours, which I completely respect. However, as I had difficulty reading some of the details, I had to make assumptions based on our remote correspondence. Without a clear, detailed survey, it was more challenging to ensure complete accuracy. Additionally, our engineers typically have a 4–6 week lead time due to high demand, and at the time, I was managing a particularly heavy workload. Your project was still in the pipeline, and I was committed to addressing it as soon as possible. I also recall that you requested the CAD drawings so you could continue the project yourself. I wasn’t aware that you felt the job was left unfinished, as this arrangement was made at your request. I always strive to provide a high standard of service, as reflected in positive feedback from many other clients.
